The problem is a lack of true leadership on these companies. They don't know how to build efficient teams and to train their staff to be effective. True leaders would have taken care of this problem. Thank God I joined the US Army, and yes I'm a software engineer too. (infantry hooaaahhh). Now drop and give me 10.
