Haven't had a cemera that's why you guys haven't heard from me but i'm back now....and i got some good footage for you guys...i got mY boy lee at the gym and his protegee C-row who wants to do a fitness show in june he wants to put 20 lbs of muscle in the next 6 months this is going to be intense...
