I listened to this piece around two years ago for the first time. I was sitting in my desk working and the piece came up in the radio. I had to stop doing what I was doing and just sit and let myself get carried away. Still every time I listen to it it makes me feel the same feeling of bliss that made me fall in love with it the first time. I feel somehow a very intimate connection to it. Definitely one of my favorite tracks ever.

it's actually very much like kevin sheilds solo guitar work. if you check out the backing track to that patti smith collaboration you'll hear. but belong are totally my in my top 5 fav bands
