What is it with americans and Mars? Good premise but suffers from using mariations and the, "He is coming" crap again.

1. Because an episode in set in America doesn't make the people who made it American. Lots of Doctor Who episodes are set in the States. "Dalek" took place in Utah.

2. What is with "fans" not knowing anything about the classic series. The Ice Warriors are old Doctor Who monsters. They came from Mars on the BBC series. Did you notice they were mentioned in "Waters of Mars"?

3. "Fire and Ice" was written and made before any of the "He is coming" stuff started.

It's finished. It has been since before the trailer was released. It's on the shelf waiting for the new (yet unannounced) release date the producers decided on. Sould be an announcement soon.
