Ch.11 Prom

"You going to prom?" Joe asked taking a seat at his desk. Nick looks up as he laughs slightly. "Probably not. I don't do dances" Nick replied as Joe just rolls his eyes. "Right...but I guess the only thing you do is Miley" Joe said as a smirk appears on his face. Nick chuckles slightly as he notices everyone staring at them. "Apparently now the whole class knows" Nick said giving Joe the "you're stupid look". "Come on you gotta admit that was funny." Joe said as he laughs even harder. "You act like your 5 years old" Nick replied, rolling his eyes in the process.Joe stops laughing as he face turns serious.

"So if I'm taking Sel, then you probably taking Miley...right?" Joe asked as if ignoring the fact that Nick hates dances. "Do you really think that Miley wants to go?" Nick asked as if not knowing that what girl wouldn't want to go. "I'm sure she would love it if you asked her." Joe said, trying to help his brother out. "I don't know dude. I just can't picture myself in a tuxedo or whatever their called." Nick said. "That's what their called, Nick" Joe said, laughing at how clueless his brother can be sometimes. Before Nick could answer, he hears his phone vibrate. He sees a message from Miley as he smiles.

I miss you -Miley

Nick chuckles at how corny Miley can be, but couldn't deny at how cute she is." You know I think I might ask her" Nick said as he puts his phone in his pocket.

Later
Selena's walks up to her locker as she opens it and expecting to get her books. But when she opens it, a bunch of rose petals fall on her. She looks surprised as she shakes some petals off her hair. She then sees a note taped inside her locker. She takes it off and flips the note open. There she sees a drawing of Joe with a + in the middle, then a drawing of her and finally an equal sign where it says "Prom?" Selena couldn't help, but laugh at the drawings that Joe obviously drew. "Omg." Selena muttered to herself, not believing this is happening. Joe sneaks up behind Selena as he whispers in her ear "So is that a yes?" Selena jumps as she sees Joe laughing at her. "That was not funny, but I would love to go with you" Selena said as she leans in and kisses Joe.

With Nick
Nick had planned to ask Miley tonight, but he just needed a good idea. His thoughts got interrupted as Adrian walks up to him. "So have you asked anyone to prom yet?" Adrian asked as she smiles Nick a flirty smile. "I'm asking Miley tonight" Nick said giving her a friendly smile. Adrian smirks as she leans against his locker. "Are you sure that's a good idea?" Nick gulped as he realized at how close she was to him, but shook the thought out of his head. "What do you mean?" Nick asked as he narrows his eyes in confusion. "Well you wouldn't me to break you and Miley up, would you?" Adrian asked as her hand trails down Nick's toned arm. "Are you serious?" Nick asked in disbelief. "Yeah I am, but if you take me to prom then I'll leave you guys alone." Adrian said looking Nick directly in the eyes. Nick didn't trust Adrian, but he knew the look in her eyes that she was telling the truth. "Fine, but after this you also leave Miley alone and stop talking to her" Nick said, hoping he could finally be with Miley with no more drama. "Of course Nick. You know I never lie to you." Adrian replied as Nick nods and walks away. Adrian smiles as she realizes she still loves Nick and always will because they were pretty much the same person.

She sees Miley walk by as she pulls her aside. "Hey...how are you?" Adrian said, faking a smile. "Um fine." Miley replied as she feels confused on why Adrian is being so nice. "That's good. So has Nick asked you to go with him to prom?" Adrian asked, thinking her plan is working out perfect. "Not yet." Miley replied as she runs her hand through her hair, feeling anxious if Nick will ask her. "That's too bad, but he actually asked me." Adrian said as she puts a smirk on her face. "He asked you?" Miley said as she feels like someone just stepped on her heart. "Yup, but we're friends and me and you are friends, right?" Adrian asked. Miley held the tears back as she puts on a fake smile. "Yeah...friends"
