My Burning Questions For Atheists

Okay, some of these are serious and some are not. I do not get into the debate aspect. It's just a few friendly questions I would ask somebody i met, if i found out they were an atheist. feel free to post a video or comment response!

@rpk58 What is ID? Anyway, I totally agree with you on #5. I think that Theists as a whole, especially Christians, try and coat over the pissed off, vengeful God that was shown in the Old Testament with the stern but loving benevolence of Jesus Christ. Now, I tend to take the Bible literally, not on everything, but most things. And when it says something to the effect of "smite the crap out of those mothereffing heathens in my name", I'm pretty sure that's what they did.

@rpk58 Skepticism started at 16 for me. I didn't see the point behind a lot of stuff in Christianity. I was searching for answers and really, God just didn't fit into my plans. I did have a friend who did influence me during religious discussions. At 18 I can say I'm "confident in my spirituality". There's no fluff, no bible-thumping, heathen-hating, holy water spreading televangelist BS. I love God, and I love my fellow man and I believe that in unity we can do great things as people.

In Europe Theists and Athiests get along quite fine It's no big deal at all, I think America will eventually catch up.

The tension on the internet seems to come from Theists trying to prove God exists to atheists and when they fail they then ask the Athiests to prove God doesn't exist.

I've even had friends of different religions get married and start a families so it's no big deal over here.

You'll have to ask a close friend about your jeans, cause unless they're close they ain't gonna be completely honest.

In Europe people really don't care too much for religion as long as you ain't breaking the law get on with it.
