I just went from Version 3.71 m33 to 5.50GEN-A and then Gen-B in a few minutes!! Flawless walk through! Just google 5.50GEN-A and get the file from PSP dash Hacks and FOLLOW this kids instructions!

@agungEX sorry, dont have a tutorial for ChickHen because I dont have a non-cfw'ed psp, but here is the link, it's pretty easy to follow from the Installation area. tinyurl(dot)com(slash)503com remove the (dot) and (slash) replace it symbols respectively
