Just a thank you. I have done Martial Arts for 19 years and my flexibility has been slowly dissapearing. It used to be so easy. I have had a broken ankle in last twelve months and through teaching full time (almost every day) I now understand more the WHY of why my muscle just don't seem to move anymore. I will watch your other videos and recommend them.

i'm 31 and always in pain, daily. i stretch just to maintain a daily life. and even get chiropractic help and weekly deep tissue massage therapy. which also hurts badly. its like my flexibility is never ending. what else is possible with tendons rather than muscle? one day i would like to be pain free with out spending money for massage.

your knowledge is very deep and you are very helpful.thank you.
Your questions about pain really fall under the medical realm, and while I would like to help you, there is a lot I don't know about you and I cannot/will not diagnose people over the web. There are a lot of variables: sports injuries, work duties, water intake, diet, genetics, bad postural habits. Try to find a stretch coach/yoga teacher in your area and see what they say.

Thank you for your comment, and I am glad to be of help. Over the years, I have fixed so many injuries on myself and others through stretching it is nice to put it out there on a larger scale.

I too dance and have a tightness and soreness on my hamstring when I stretch it (especially straddle stretches). Thank you for posting this. I am just learning that self care and messaging a tight muscle is crucial for flexibility especially when there are issues within the muscle.

Another good thing I did not mention in the video is the use of epsom salt baths to help remove toxins from muscles. Just follow the directions and take a hot bath with the salts. Drink plenty of water, and stretch afterwards. You will be surprised with the results.

Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it. I am happy that people are getting something out of the videos. I had several martial arts schools over the years, and a few chiroopractic offices as well. My busiest classes EVER were my stretch classes where I not only taught stretching, but also ideas about body care/pain/injury prevention. I no longer teach, so I am putting that info here on the web. Just posted another vid today!
