Maybe the GTA (which doesn't mean much BTW), but certainly not Ontario. Tornadoes happen here and always have. It has nothing to do with "global warming".

Yeah i remember that. I'm down here in Whitby and I was sitting in my basement, and when I heard about the tornado in Vaughan and I was like "NOT WONDERLAND!" Then I turned on the TV at like 3 am and there was footage on local channels of this, and I was like "HOLY CRAP I WAS JUST THERE! AND WONDERLAND" lol that was a weird night!

i think i remember this....
well i dont remember any tornado but i remember one evening in the summer the wind was so bad i thought the door was gonna blow off! the next day i found out that a TORNADO hit here and then it all made sense...
i wasnt in Vaughan at the time...feel sry for the ppl who had to deal with the tornado!!

I was at my friends cottage for one week from august 17th to the 24th or 23rd.... It hit the lake we were staying at.... 4 cottages got ripped apart, there were tree's EVERYWHERE in the water and on the hills, and so me and my friend the day after (cause it happend sometime from 5-10 pm) went out on a boat togo check it out and i got some WICKED pictures with my camera, il make a slideshow of the damage

After the Tornadoes and storms, the sky was red as hell in the Scarborough area. It was a devastating day...

1 boy died because of this tornado... very unfortunate..
