@PlebScrubber That wouldn't work at Place de l'Etoile. You'd never get onto the roundabout because of the volume of traffic (there are 12 avenues joining it).
Anyway, on roundabout where traffic on the roundabout has priority, it only prevents problems if people follow the rules. If that white-van driver decides to join the roundabout when he shouldn't it still creates problems.

@PlebScrubber There are traffic lights filtering the traffic onto the roundabout. It all runs smoothly until some idiot doesn't follow the rules, like the guy in the white van at 0:08. What the hell is he playing at? He should be giving way to the traffic joining the roundabout.
