The ASMD is not a Skaarj weapon, it was developed by the Inuit Corporation.

Haha, yeah, Skaarj technology. Tarydium = BOOM. So Stinger with pure Tarydium = great clearing tool. Turns out to be a great weapon, so they put some sort of diluted Tarydium shards in them instead for better close-quarters combat. ASMD was also a good rock busting tool, but also very lethal in in the wrong/right hands.

ASMD Technology I believe is of Skaarj origin. Izarians use the Shock Lances that are based off of ASMD Tech, so it could also be universal like Tarydium.

Wait, they made the ASMD for mining? And I could've sworn the Stinger was made by Humans. So wait, if the ASMD and Stinger are Skaarj weapons, how come they don't have any sharp things sticking out like the Razorjack? Wait, that was an actual weapon....

Nali don't have weapons. The Skaarj created the Stinger and ASMD to make mining Tarydium easier. Nali are old fashioned, they don't have the technology to make weapons like that, so they most likely mined with physical labor and little machinery or simple machines (eg. levers, pulleys, etc)

Stinger is a Skaarj weapon. Humans have the DPistol and the Automag, and the Skaarj pirated those.
