Ant-deperessants don't work...latest study reported on BBC News and world wide. They actually cause more injuries than help people - that's a fact. Don't matter, doctors will keep prescribing it.
-
More than you will know. The drug is now deemed to be useless...see the Journal of Medicine just published. They cause massive damage and help only a couple of people.

"Cho wasn't on antidepressants. Maybe if he was this wouldn't have happened!"
Like the Columbine massacres, and Jokela school massacres, the perpetrators of the Virginia Tech masascre, Cho Seung-Hui, was also prescribed an anti-depressant (Prozac) prior to his suicidal rampage. - Wikipedia

he had a depression.. he was messed and made him a person who he wasn't. he had did a horrible thing but a mind makes you do shit u dunno what u did. even a regular normal person can go insane but when u get thought in ur head and more and more eventually u go crazy the only thing to get away from going crazy is just tell everyone ur probs in life even if they find you weird or sumthing but people got to realize they got to indulged themselves no matter if its bin embaressing

These killers usually tell us exactly why they carry out their actions. Pills can't make you pick up a gun and shoot someone any more than Marilyn Manson can.
-
Believe me people i have tried these pills and it's just something that will either fuck with your mind or won't do anything at all. Just stay away from them. What u need is people to talk 2.

He was on antidepressants but was trying to get off. His roomates, family, reporters have all confirmed this.
The coroner's toxicity report said he wasn't on antidepressants because: 1) When a report is inconclusive, the coroner can't state otherwise or they'll face lawsuits, 2) He was trying to get off antidepressants so it didn't show up on his blood.
His roomates, family, and several reporters wouldn't lie about this.

What kind of advantage? Pseudo-scientific? Sensationalism? Nothing to do with the tragedy? It's only to help people think more broadly of other plausible events behind the scenes; even when the guy did an evil thing. The pain is the pain of everyone, not just V-tech, Columbine etc.. The entire world reels in these problems.

You might want to read the report of Psychiatrist Dr. Paul Breggin w w w . breggin . c o m for clearer accounts of pyschoactive medications. Their use is really meant to be short-term. But unfortunately this doesn't happen.

That could also mean he wasn't taking his meds regularly. Anti-deps have to be stopped gradually, as they slowly build up in the system but have a half-lives varying from hrs to days. If stopped abruptly they can have very deleterious consequences. So was the earlier report that some "meds" where found in his personal effects untrue?

ngogol said "...strike out in a hostile manner..." Haven't seen anything hostile about this video. There are other treatment options for depression. The problem is not taking anti-depressants, the problem is the extent to which they are used. You need to see the full video.

You guys are idiots. Correlation without causation, people. Some people commit suicide or act violently because they're DEPRESSED. These medications are overprescribed, there's no queston, but they are also saving thousands of lives, so get over your conspiracy theories. It's like saying "hey did you realize chemo therapy makes people ill? Ban chemo!" Educate yourselves.

No, we're not idiots. True, anti-deps may save lives when used sparingly, but it doesn't negate what's happening around us. Your 2nd statement(on chemo)is correct as well, though you meant it as sarcasm! See the Essiac, Rene Caisse video on youtube. Also check the videos on my website. There is a Big Industry that wants to keep us "sick".
