Cats Relax You For Sleep

A few quick notes I'd like you to read first:
-If you focus, lower the lights, raise or lower the volume as necessary, get yourself comfortable (in a chair, couch, or bed), and are using this at the end of the day, this video will work on many of you (though not all--sorry if it didn't help you relax)
-This is not a comedy video or a prank video; it is actually made to relax you
-Do not listen to or watch this video unless you want to soon be relaxed for sleep
-It helps if you make this full screen and/or lower the monitor light as well.
Anything but dim monitor light can be hard on the eyes if they're trying to relax.
-Remember to breathe deeply as you relax.
-How receptive you are as well as other factors such as your mood, recent caffeine intake, etc. can alter the efficacy of this video. If you have several factors working against you, you may want to try again during a more viable time.
-Do not listen to while driving or operating machinery
-To "relax" doesn't necessarily mean to become sleepy, but for this video, the purpose is to make you feel more tired/drowsy/ready for bed. Hence, "Relax you for sleep"
-My apologies for the low quality; until I can afford a very nice camera and microphone, videos will continue to look like2006 youtube
-The audio track lacks a sort of obvious "warm up/cool down/wake up" portion in terms of relaxation which gives it a slight disadvantage--the reason behind this was it would make the video more easy to download, and play on repeat on an mp3 player or CD. For some people, that can be helpful.
-The video will not put you into a DEEP hypnotic trance most likely but it does make use of some hypnotic language patterns--a few are overt and obvious, a few are embedded and subtle. These patterns can only work if you let them, so there's not much point in watching if you're simply trying to "resist" being relaxed. My desire to make this video came from seeing that there were not a lot of videos on youtube that simultaneously were specifically made to relax you and combined voice, relaxing video, and sound all at once. As someone who knows what it feels like to have trouble falling asleep because of anxiety, I thought more videos like this would be helpful.

P.S. The video features cats as it's primary motif because cats are cute, awesome, and watching them grow tired is relaxing. Seeing them quickly become sleepy can be contagious at least to me and I wanted to capitalize upon that for the purposes of making a relaxing video. As a result, some of the language or video is slightly silly or even cheesy but who cares? If you're watching this it's to help you relax for a while, you're not looking for oscar-quality stuff.
