Actually, in the related vids, there's a short item with Rennae Stubbs, the recipient of Todd's message who states that the actual term wasn't 'grumpy', but 'scatty' -which basically means insane.

She indeed appears to be a bit of a backstabber cos she takes another crack at Todd, stating 'he never got so much publicity' -basically code for 'he never made it as a tennis player'.

...dose of 'congeniality' -that rings of denial to me. There's an irritating quality to people who are constantly being utterly cheerful, not only because we just KNOW it's gotta be fake, a result of massive repression, but because as in Kim's case, the naiveté is simply ,other worldly.

I remember seeing this scene a year ago and I was slightly aghast at the tastelessness of it. Indeed it SEEMS it's all in good fun but when one considers what's she's actually doing and ...
