Everyone shares these feelings with you Ann, including myself. You have to rise above negative emotion. By that I mean, the feelings are good because they keep us from becoming complacent in life. But when we allow these feelings to surface as emotion it can affect our relationships with others. A certain amount of concern about what others think is healthy, because we value other people. But this can become counter-productive if we're not careful. Just remember your not alone in this...

I can relate to this one. I have many of those same feelings. I find it hard to talk to people sometimes when I dont know who they really are or their true intentions. I dont know if its a problem with me or if its a problem with the fakeness of most of the people that I encounter on a daily basis. Some people I just dont have anything in common with and it makes me feel weird to have to pretend that I want to talk to them, or pretend that I see their point of view.
great vid ann...

The second sniper has left his emotions of hate/anger to run riot and kills many. The third sniper arrives at training camp, asses the situation, feels disgusted and leaves without killing. Look at our political history and apply these scenarios.

Feelings have often been a safeguard to purely rational thinking and when suppressed can lead to harm just as much as when left unchecked. Here are 3 scenarios. The first sniper has suppressed his feelings and so when he kills he does not understand the feelings and emotions of the victim and those close to the victim.

Without this initial response we may not take direct or even future action to prevent the act or further acts from happening. Our thinking can be manipulated just as much as our feelings and so it is our understanding of these processes and of ourselves that is necessary, not the suppression of either.

Ann I think you've many interesting videos and you're clearly a very intelligent, caring person. I'm the same age as you and so can appreciate some of the confusing thoughts and feelings you're having. However I would like to suggest that you listen to both your thoughts and your feelings as both are inextricably linked to your emotions. For example, if we see an animal brutally killed it is our emotions that are immediate and we have feelings of disgust/anger/sadness etc.

wow, that's fuckup , how about a nice cup of chamomile and/or passion flower tea,, or several
The programs they have set for us create the emotions you are experiencing. Once you learn to manipulate the programs, then you master the emotions. Over ride the circuit, unplug from the matrix, your mind has greater control than they, for your mind is part of the great I am, and there is nothing we can't do. Free your self my sister, become who you are and not what they want you to be.

the programs that make up our emotions are part of what makes us human... why should we try to over ride them?

Thats an "idea" people have about "what is human and what is not". And why should it be "good" to be human that way? If you never knew another way, you often dont look further. Our emotions fuck all up, the entire world. Much abuse caused by it. Time to stop that.
