@SaintSoldierN9 Yeah, I do them.
I've had Physio on the area before and the problem did go away but It has seem to come back.
Seem as the pain is on the inside of the muscle, i don't think it is the tendon. So Strengthening might be the answer then again I've had physio on four different parts of my body and this is the only one that won't shift :(
I gets me so pissed, I'm getting close to starting the Marines and this is a problem I don't need.

@namybot Damn, unlucky man xD try push ups from with your knees on the ground, if you havn't already done so.

@SaintSoldierN9 Yeah, I could do 100 push ups before my Tricep got injured about 1 year ago. Now It's a problem that won't go away.
I was benching 100KG at the Gym in high school but now i haven't benched properly in over a year.
So every time i go to the gym, like I'm going to in a hour of writing this message. I have to perform flys so i can still stimulate the chest but I'm still not happy with my Tricep.
Especially when i hope to start training with the RMC.

How did he do it???
-
@namybot Push ups? dont leave them out, you dont want to be able to bench 100kg and not do a lot of push ups too
-
I can not perform a press because i have a fucked Tricep that gives pain on the inside.
So i have to perform flys instead.
I want to get my Tricep sorted out so i can start pressing again.
I could bench 100KG at the age of 15 with some assistance, now I'm 17 I should be doing more but i don't know if i could do that now, which really gets me depressed.

nice trick!
The proper way to put the weights down is to slam them and scream "LIGHT WEIGHT! YUP, YUP!, YEAAAAAAAAH BUUUUUUUUUUDY!"
