3/31/11: The nuclear crisis that Japan has been experiencing at the Fukushima nuclear power plant has the world reexamining nuclear energy (核能). Taiwan is similar to Japan in that we are both island (海島) nations and are both located on earthquake fault lines (斷層線). However, 馬英九 seems intent on the continued use of nuclear energy claiming that it is safe. 馬英九 has also talked about cooperating with china on the nuclear issue. Why just china? 馬英九, if you want to reassure the Taiwanese public, I have some suggestions...

@samgiga2 日本也接近台灣. lots of places are close to 台灣, not just 中國. 發生問題...合作沒有用. 對不起我的中文實在太差。 my point is that 馬英九 is just kissing 中國's butt. don't be fooled. 合作 means nothing. the nuclear issue in 台灣 is for 台灣人 to decide. it has nothing to do with 中國.
