@VinnieNiZero i did down forward down foward punch then quickly down foward kick and it no work. i did it on fighting evolution since i dont have sf3.

@UpskirtPower haha thats ok, hold your input device such as keyboard gampad or joystick in down position and make a quarter circle to the front position, do that twice, then press the kick button of your choice. when you play SF3 it will show you how to do it during the super arts selection screen.
