Shocking!!! You didn't check the o ring on the nozzle you didn't change the seal more worrying is you didn't check the gauge with a pressure device to make sure the gauge is still functional. Which is standard part of every service. and you should go off the weight that is stamped on the extinguisher which tells you tare and gross not the label if the factory misprint the label you looking at the wrong weight.
