Ok first off can i say I am a Sky watcher Myself...I got a smartphone for Crimbo and i have got a Free App on this Phone for Sat's i was Amazed about what this App does..most of what we see is space junk Floating about up there..I have seen junk even Flashing as it floats past..If i didn't have this App i would of jumped the gun and thought OMG contact..I know the NV Can see further but i really think EVER sky watcher needs this app..Rather than just jumping the gun..IMO... :)

Great catches, yes! What type of light source does it seem to be like? Is it LED? When we saw them over many nights about 6 years ago, there seemed to be a light source in the middle of them, similar to what you picture, but its hard to tell..

We could only describe it as "similar to fluorescent, but brighter". It was just before the mainstream onset of LEDs, and LED seems closest to describing the light source in those flying bugs we saw. What of the ones you are taping?
