Thanks to @TheNinjaPicker for helping me find the new spot. Work and school have kept me from checking in with the channels, so I missed the whole shakeup. Looking forward to following Zuzka's workouts again @ZuzkaLight. Triathlon season is coming!

My time was 20:38:84. I used 10 lb weights for the manmakers. I underestimated the twisted pushups.

You are a twisted sadistic little girl... and I love ya. I can't even believe you did that in under 15 minutes. I did it in 20m 30s using 15 lb dumbbells for the (woman) makers! Just coming off of ZWOW #5 yesterday. Killing me. Great to have you back Z.

Hey Zuzka! I have been a fan of your for a while. I stopped working out in November because of school and I am just getting back into it. I love following along with your videos but do you think you can show some modification for beginners or some tips. My biggest issue is the push-up aka I just can do them. lol

I really want to do this workout but I can't do a push up to save my life... Also my tailbones bruised so no sit ups for me..

I'm so happy to see you're back. Lisa seems nice and great but her hyper-active motivation speech the first 2 min of every video is overbearing. And she's way to skinny for me. Your body is a great model for women who aspire to be strong and sexy and curvaceous.
