@JG1635 Actually they are really good for your fast twitch muscles which give you a lot more strength when worked extensively. Also Rashad Evans does them so they can't be TOO ineffective.

@LawncrestAA Actually this is a really good upper body circuit as it works your forearms, biceps, triceps, delts, chest, abs, lats and middle back :p

...those push ups were pretty useless.. just pushing yourself off the ground and clapping isnt gonna help much unless youre training to be a seal in the circus.
they killed a great song but other than that good workout
