Easy Glitter Nails for New Years Eve!!!!!

I would for sure try this with a hot pink, or even dark purple as a base color, then layer the glitter on top of it..I think I'm going to do that next time around.. for serious.

I used:

China Glaze - Strong Adhesion base coat (NOT adhesive..HA! sorry!)
Sav v y - Chrome
China Glaze - Fairy Dust
China Glaze - Nova
Finger Paints - Artists' Sapphire
Seche Vite dry fast top coat

and that's it!!!
