Raw Video: NFL Player Detained As Relative Died

A Dallas police officer was placed on administrative leave over a traffic stop involving NFL player Ryan Moats. The officer kept Moats in a hospital parking lot and threatened to arrest him while his mother-in-law died inside the building. (March 26)

that cop is an ignorrant pig! This is exactly why we hate them. They abuse their power simply because they have a little gold badge with a number on it. therefore since he chose to write a ticket. he should have done that people act irrational when someone has seconds to live. and the officer should have written the ticket or could have mailed it to the address which corresponds with the licenceplate. nowadays run a redlight get a ticket in the mail. no talking needed. that fact makes everyword the officer says seem as a delay tactic. he can write the ticket without saying a word the info is on the car

@roosh the officer is in trouble because. he was supposed write a ticket and issue it. he didn't use due diligence.depriving due process. he instead engaged in prolonged theoretical conversation. running a redlight because ones mother is dying falls under the legal definition of duress. an act which may not be a crime under certain circumstances police can write tickets by scanning your license plate and have all relevant information. they ticket cars all the time without drivers in them
