When Maxi Cohen got inspired to produce a doc she gathered a crew of her faves and brought us out, all expenses paid, to Lost Wages, Nevada. I don't believe that all of this material made it to the final edit of her vid but it did wind up in a "Surf Report" segment on the Night Owl Show in Woodstock. Looks like the women made a crew for the day and hung out at Caesar's Palace pool where they encountered Alan King the estimable comedian, Dr. Stuart Fisher, the renown cardiologist of Santa Monica and the ever popular, Harry Eisner. It was 1980. The "Strip" has been refurbished since then but still, back in those days it was the era of Sammy and Liberace. I'm certain that you can find the entire doc, "Las Vegas: Last Oasis in America" somewhere on the net.
