  • Don't beat urself up or b unrealistic. Most women will never b the same size they were when they left high school. I dropped all 20lbs I gained since high school (2002) n can I tell you I looked absolutely crazy! Lol...I regained 10lbs & I'm happy w/ my 5'6 145-150lbs range frame bc it suits me. When I look back @ the pictures I rly didnt look right. I think as women it's normal to gain some weight after high school bc ur no longer a girl. I dont think the scale always reflect how we look best.

  • I think you look beautiful, but I respect your weight loss goals! Pushups and Pull ups are the besttttt way to tone the upper body. They suck and they hurt, but they're soo effective!! I started P90X this past week and I'm already losing weight and toning up. You should check it out! Much love!

  • I really understand how you feel. I have been off the wagon for about a month now...much like you (work, family, school, etc) have me all over the place leaving little time for ME! But I'm getting back at it, just like you! God Bless and good luck with your start back!

  • Girl I applaud your honesty...it helps people when they know they are not alone. I went from 120 to 160 in less than 1 1/2 years due to stress. I've lost 20 pounds and kept it off but it has been a struggle to motivate myself to loose the rest. Spring is here now I'm ready to get back in gear but I have a tight schedule as well. I'm confident that you will achieve your goal and you've motivated me to go ahead to achieve mine:)
