One of the terms for your experience is called Kundalini, its the awakening of life energy 40 years ago when it happened to me it was rare now its a mushroom called the hundredth Monkey a book by Ken Keys Jr.....look up Kundalini Awakening on youtube keep in mind the experience is not religious, it is spiritual and there is a big difference.....Dino

im not only experiencing these vibration but sometimes from the corner of my eye i see shadow entitys but when i turn my head and look at them directly , nothings there . im getting this a lot .

I can definitely relate to what you were saying in about the insane waves of arousal experienced at the oddest times with Kundalini. I've had that happen to me more than once, even when doing the dishes. I went several months without experiencing any kriyas, but then went through a couple weeks of some extremely strong ones. I just surrender to it. I experience ALL of the vibrations you talked about. They vary in intensity. I also experience strong and fast stomach muscle kriyas lately.

Ascension Symptoms. i thought id have to take a look to see whats it all about. it all sounds weird to me. feeling dizzy and sleeping alot i would say that thats a symptom of not eating enough i would go to the doctors if i felt like that.why is this called ascension symptoms so far it sonds like a how to eat well
