Yes the sound is very painful to the ears. I find most of these videos don't pay attention to the quality of music or recording and why is this so when it is so simple to arrange a good recording?. I have to watch these adorable dancers with the sound off!

True. I am an American of white-European descent, and I love other cultures, especially the dance, art, and musical aspects. Hindu culture is a favorite of mine. It's so unique and individual to it's people that you'd never be able to confuse it with anything else. What I love most about it is that it is a living manifestation of it's own ancient origins. It's like you don't have to wonder what culture was like a thousand years ago because you can still see examples of it everywhere in India.
