the flap T sound seems to the weak r in the spanish language, from the they sound the same, but maybe there's a slightly difference between both of them.

@dixitsandeep spot on, in the general American dialect, the T following N is not completely silent, I'd say it's more like a 'held T' in a sense, so you don't put there a strong T as in British dialects for instance. I hope this helps.

Rule 5. at around @6:49
N comes before T in Advantage. A per rule T should not be pronouced in this word (also show in written pronounciation Ed-van'j )
But the person himself is pronoucing T clearly (Ed-van-t'j)

The Sound T is some what silent in advantage , and the stress is on 'N" that is , it's pronounced more prominently than T
