Romney sells Obamacare better than Obama.

If a sixty year old white guy says it, it's freaking brilliant. If a forty-something black man says it, it's a socialist plot to redistribute wealth and drive the country into the ground. Did I miss something?

I bet every last "right-winger" in Congress would love to seize the means of production if they thought they could get away with it. Infinite power corrupts infinitely.

Yes, I am a "Constitution-Over-All" person. I'm aware of those bills. Here's three more:

    Aliens Act of 1798

    Alien Enemies Act of 1798

    Sedition Act of 1798

Shockingly, the founders weren't perfect. They passed unconstitutional laws back then. That doesn't make it alright, and neither of the bills you cited establish precedent for a personal mandate via the Commerce Clause (which it is a wonder still has ANY limits at all!).

Democratic distribution of the means of production*

Which technically does include public ownership of property, but that's a very small, short-sighted way to look at it.

I'll believe all this socialism nonsense once our republic government takes over all manufacturing, sets quotas, and then decides in what quantity we are allowed to purchase products. That's socialism. Anything less is uneducated, right-wing trash.

I bet you're one of those "Constitution-Over-All" sort of people. I'd like to give you some documents from the Founding Fathers to look at before making those sort of statements:

    Second Militia Act of 1792

Relief of Sick and Disabled Sailors Act of 1798

I don't think forcing people to buy private products is a good thing, ever.

I'm not defending Romneycare, but was it passed as a tax in Massachusetts? The reason ObamaCare is a tax is because it's not constitutional as part of the federal government's regulatory powers. The states don't have that same limitation.

As for your race-baiting part in the second paragraph, that's just immature. Stick to the issues.
