This is one of the best hardcore FPA games ever. One of my favorites.

I don't see how Dark samus managed to survive that. I would assume that the explosion of Dark Aether would've force fed Dark samus way more phazon than her physical state could handle...making her even more unstable. Then again it may have been because of the existance of (spoilers)
Planet phaze. And based on the fact that she'd become somewhat of a sentient form of phazon itself- in addition to being a mutated metroid(Metroid Prime).

@AwesomeSuperCrazy It's also my favorite out of the three. They made the game easier in the Trilogy set though D: Quadraxis was a cake walk...

@linkallan actually it isn't aaran. it is Aran. Samus Aran. and the "Dark Samus" is really Metroid Prime.
