  • This is by far the best of any Christmas Cartoon. It was good ,clean and wholesome. Nothing like the trash they put out today. I am floored how much garbage is bought and sold in the media today. Just disgraceful. Give me the 50's and 60's any time.

  • This Recon Marine for the past 35 years looked at this at home or on tours. Great show.

  • Why are there only six of the main reindeer? -_-

  • So, did anyone else notice that the bird who can't fly wasn't given an umbrella?

  • Whenever times get rough, I always gain perspective by reminding myself "Well....at least I'm not a Jack-In-The-Box named Charlie".

  • @oldiesmusic76 That's right. 6 people are agnostic/atheistic grumps!

  • @bertmustin So true!

  • @Ferretocious YES! I wish I was in that little house that Rudolph, Hermie, and Cornelius stayed in... it looked sooooo warm and cozy.

  • Actually, this particular end credits sequence premiered in 1965; the special originally ended without Santa visiting the island of unwanted toys, and the end credits were etched on the boxes that the elves were pulling out of the sack. The ending was re-shot after a massive amount of viewers wrote in to complain about the lack of closure for the unwanted toys.

  • @fritzquarar Well the whole movie was about believing in yourself and not caring what others think - which is why I looooove this film. My tree is covered in all kinds of ornaments that are Rudolph and the other characters.

  • @Ferretocious I like your positive take on this and will adopt it as my own! HAPPY HOLIDAYS!.
