This rendition of Binge and Grab was recorded live at Neumos in Seattle March 18th, 2008. Me (Erik), Barrett and Jesse are the ones getting crushed against the stage, but it was worth every painful minute.

  • he has to wear the mask because onetime he played so fast it actually melted his face...

  • Actually he wears the mask because if he took it off we'd all be blinded by the face of God.

  • The solo he added at the end is amazing :) So cool that he always comes up with something new, a true talent.

  • I've studdied everything I can about buckethead , even his astrology chart.

which indicates he's not a satanist , he was born under the sign of the bull

which gives him great stage presense and ability to perform.

but inside the man under the surfface is a kid and thats what gives him much more appeal.

the mystery of why binge and grab licks get recycled in his other material.

my goal is to discover what lead him to the binge and grab licks.

  • you can all hate on me if you want , I could write a whole damn book about buckethead , so many questions to ask him , not stupid questions , real questions like , why did you write binge and grab and whats the real story behind it.

buckethead has been accused of satanism , I don't believe any of it ...

nobody can play like this and be a satanist.

if it is true we have to stop him emediately.

there's no way I'll ever believe buckethead wrote this without saturday motives.

  • every time I watch this trac I can't say enough about it.

it's everything a guitarist could dream of , with the exception of the total lack of any eric johnson moves.

thats the strange part , all of us wanting to merge eric johnson with buckethead.

might seem impossible to some but I'm pushing for it.

in my mind there just are no guitarists other than paul gilber , buckethead and eric johnson.

I know some of you might be thinking slash but if I find out about that , I'll slap you.

  • whats crazy here is he's making mistakes and nobody even notices lol

except maybe a few and guitar players.

I'm glad he cleaned it all up in the studio version.

I don't think I'll ever be able to forgive ozzy for not kissing bucketheads ass a little.

there's just not enough that can be said about bucketheads playing or about the man himself.

I know buckethead will dissapear but we guitarist will make certan his legacy survives.

  • I thought I had found a guitarist to call my own , now everybody knows about buckethead and I'm ok with it now.

The question becomes after we guitar players develop buckethead skills

what the hell do we do next ?

buckethead plays material so off the wall many can't relate to it.

    this track has become viral.

  • How in the HELL are they all SITTING DOWN??? You call that a mosh pit? This is insane!!!! omg, i would be the one guy jumping up and down and at least standing up...

  • you can tell which people in the audience are guitarists. they're the ones just standing there with their mouths gaping open in awe, instead of just headbanging like a fool.

  • @saznrai I dream of that day & even just thinking of that day makes my willy cry white tears of joy!!!

  • shitty audience...
