No accident simuation by inquiring about LHC CERN to risky people in vehicles

after going to the world modsim conference exhibit, I went to a petstore inquiring on making an algae biofuel aquarium. Outside there occured an accident. However, later on while going to my apartment I was involved in an "no accident". This is that, a police officer noticed that my vehicle crossed over the road marker line to the left side.
