Collisions that might give you whiplash or minor injures (possibly no injuries) in a car can remove limbs, make you a brain-dead slab of meat, or leave you a rotting corpse.

Ever see the video where some doofus rear ends a guy on a motorcycle stopped at a light. It was a miracle the guy didn't get killed. A car is safer.

Yes motorcycles are dangerous, but just as many kids get hurt playing regular sports at that age as child motocross or sport-bike racing. Travis Pastrana started at age (5) as did a large number of other great professional riders in motocross, motoGP etc, but everyone's got opinions. So Just saying
