  • Backward seven. Why so much hostility. You post comment talking alot of junk yet you don't have any vids to reveal what you can lift so my only guess could be that you are a pencil neck little prick who masturbates over pics of men in tights flexin there biceps. So save your faggity ass comments and put up some of your lifts

Or shut the F up. You have just been served. Bi aaach!

  • does the tate press not tear up your elbows?

  • tate press is an awesome exercise to help build your lockout with out taxing so much your joints doing super heavy board presses and lock out work. when done properly with moderate weight it works great. as with anything .. if you over use the execise you may experience tenderness in the joint area. this is why i dont do this for more than 2-3 weeks in a row.

  • Westside works for anyone that is willing to train hard. dont matter if you are drug-free or not. just adjust your training volume to your recovering capabilities. and very importantly add those extra workouts in between your main training days but add your extra workouts wisely and slowly until your gpp is raised.

  • Nice work. How often do you switch up and do Repitition work in place if DE work?

  • thanks bro, you would do repetition work after every 3 week speed cycle.

  • @ajcatt11 Are you kidding me. There is nothing garbage about louie Simmons or Westside barbell. I have "played" with bodybuilding for many years and had little success. 9 months ago a friend talked me into trying Mr. Simmons power lifting program. I have put over 100lbs on my bench, dead and squat. I'm excited about lifting again and can't wait to get to the gym every night. I have packed on more solid(real)muscle than I ever got from a bodybuilding pump.

  • @marineman410410 If you do 5/3/1 you really need to buy the book of methods. I used to train like you probably are doing now using progressive overload and getting nowhere fast. buy the book you wont be disipointed!

  • I LOVE that these gains are made absolutely drug free ! With all due respect (I sincerely mean that), I yearn for the day that powerlifting leaves all this gear (i.e. bench shirts and such things) far behind in favor of raw muscle & power. Until then, good job & God Bless.

  • 1:29 momentum press...

  • well done and good choice of music!

  • @zigyb2155 i agree... now 450 raw would have been imPRESSive, but i was disappointed to c him in a bench shirt. the tate press was very interesting!

  • @marineman410410

now that is a very good question, and the opinions are as diverse as the bodies that have tried both programs out...

  • Lookin' good my man. Never seen a "tate press" but I got to try it. Q. for the poster- do you use extra GPP days? or just the 4 main days? just curious.

  • you only hit 450 in gear man and it was slowww plus you look around 198-220?? not a great testiment to louie simmons who is a legend.. and you make it known in the end of the video that you are drug free(congrats) do you know louie simmons and his boys have been on AAS for thirty plus years??

  • You look atleast 198-220 in this video and u only hit 450 slowwwwlllyy with gear this is not a great testiment to louie simmons, who is a legend.. and at the end of the video you stress that you are drug free which is great i give you props.but i wonder if you reaize louie simmons and his boys have all been on AAS for 30 years plus..
