Juzmy, what resolution are you running your display at? You might raise the resolution to see if it was cutting off some of your ribbon menus.

In ''11 version the design center is not by clicking "insert" but in "view"

i am also using the '11 version but my insert tab looks very different, and it doesn't have design center in it?
