    im saying that you do compound exercises NOT isolation exercises

    isolation works 1 muscle which takes you ages for building up overall muscle mass

    by doing compound exercises

    it works many muscle groups at once

    it saves you time

    compound exercises should be your MAIN focus

    people who want bigger overall muscle mass often do isolation coz they see pros doing it

    what they didnt realize is that they are training their lagging muscles

    do 3-4 compound exercises a day to get bigger mass!

  • @iceymanjack so if i do 4 different exercises for each muscle group, and say 3 sets per exercise then the total is 24 sets...which seems a bit much?

    ah one more thing you dont have to do opposite muscles if you want to

    it just separates the lactic acid away from 1 muscle to 2

    its like separating the pain into 2 parts.

    when you just do 1 muscle you wont get big that fast

    you just train your lagging muscles

    do compound (multi-joint) exercises for bodybuilding eg military press, squats, deadlifts etc

    that will increase the gains faster

  • @iceymanjack hey, if you workout 2 muscle groups a day, how many different exercises for each muscle group?

  • @GsxRaider 2 muscles a day and that they must be the opposite to each other like lats and shoulders

    biceps and triceps
