In this clip, he provides his thoughts on smaller nuclear power plants. Ted Rockwell is one of the true pioneers of nuclear technology. He was one of the engineers on the Manhattan Project, served as Hyman G. Rickover's Technical Director for more than a decade, was a major contributor to the development of the Nautilus and Shippingport, wrote the book on radiation shielding, and joined two other Naval Reactors engineers to found MPR Associates, one of the premier engineering firms in the country.
