This is important. It's more than just human music. In my opinion. It's really empty, open and spaced. It seems like sounds that most beings out there would be able to connect to easily. It's organic sounding, and familiar, but unique. It's Universal.

@MrMeddled Have you heard the original, more psychedelic mix of "Aoxomoxoa"? "What's Become of the Baby", for example, has A LOT of effects on it and not just a bunch of echo. They apparently lost the original master tape when they put it on CD, but it's on the vinyl box set and I downloaded a CD copy someone made from it
Why can't we agree that both bands were amazing? Of course they're both different but the Dead made good music, too, and some of the stuff they did was definitely experimental

Early Pink Floyd is so so underrated.there are so many good things in their early period:interstellar overdrive:astronomy domine,let there be more light,set the controles.....,careful with that axe eugene.....
