people not using turn signals kills more people and causes more direct harm to the society we live in than Cannabis users ever possibly could, under any worst case situation you could possibly dream up after drinking 6 pack and driving home. maybe we should take all the DEA and excessive police forces to blinker enforcement school and put them to work there being more productive and not only saving $ on failed prohibition enforcement of a plant but make money from blinker tickets.

This is a good job for the officers to take up. a lot of people cut others off without correct warning time and without turn signals. it's scary at times. Good job to the officers who do this.
