I saw the man Winwood in the sixty seven play with the three man group, Traffic, at the SF Filmore. Everyone came to see Moby Grape, they were amazing, And everyone left after the Graps set. What a treat. Chris Wood on woodwinds, drummer Jim Capaldi and and Winwood on the B3, with those Lesley speakers spiting out the sound, playing the bass run with his feet and a strat on his shoulder. He was all of twenty years old at the time and he took on the Bobby Bland tune Blind Man

He was all of twenty years old at the time and he took on the Bobby Bland tune Blind Man written by Deadric Malone/Joseph Scott. That has to be one of my all time best moments of my listening career. I was on top of the world in bliss. And all of four hundred people in the audience. Lord Have Mercy. Can I get a Witness.

i was there 3rd row to the right. it was amazing. eric's solos were amazing all night long. steve winwood kicked so much ass, and is crazy talented! georgia on my mind, had to be top 5 perfomances ive ever seen.
