Danish jazzguitarist Tao Højgaard in a duo session with Danish bassplayer Kristor Brødsgaard.
Bohemia After Dark is written by the legendary american bassplayer Oscar Pettitford.
The session is recorded live at Café Teatret in Copenhagen april 2011.
Tao and Kristor has been working together since 1998 in a variety of genres, from traditional swing and bebop to the more experimental stuff such as the integration of computer programmed beats and rap into contemporary jazz music.
Tao's setup is a Sadowsky SemiHollow jazzguitar, T Rex Replica delay pedal and a Neunaber Technologies WET reverb pedal, amplified by a Polytone MegaBrute 2.
Kristor plays an old German doublebass amplified by Gallien Krüger. For more info and booking, please visit www.taohoejgaard.com
