YUMMY... Mine turned out a bit like cottage cheese-ish
but, I added the citric acid right at the start and think I should have let the milk/cream get to temp first, as the curds got really small.. Filtered it through cheese cloth, I added a little salt and pepper (love pepper) and tried it on a slice of home made bread!!
I have no patience! I know it should be a real treat for breakfast

how do you get a permit to make cheese and sell at farmers mkt? do you use a commercial kitchen? is there rent involved there? i have found that selling food products can be more of a hassel because of all the laws and permits..
