As allways good video, but why use the flex system? Why not just use the built in radio trigger on your flash which would also give you full ETTL control? For the price of two flex units you could buy a 3rd speedlight.

@TALKCalgary Well, Canon doesn't have a built in radio trigger. The 580EX has Infra Red which is great, but that requires line of sight. So the second flash (behind the model) wouldn't trigger.

Gavin can you get sharp fast moving images with Bowens 750pro studio lights? I've heard you can or is this flash setup better? Thanks

@global001 Never tried them, but speedlites are super fast (think 1/10000's of sec)
