Both need slicks. 13 and high 12s are terrible times. Both should be high 11s with tires.

Drivers suck in these cars.

realistically its not a good idea to heat up street tires before running them because of tha harder tread compound. when heating up a drag radial or slicks, it softens tha coumpound to its needed temperature to outperform any street tires.

Fun to watch them battle it out. Although the whole speel about street tires not being warmed up is not true especially with the stocker GYs that come on the Z... When you start running Nittos or PS2s etc (also street tires) you still need to heat them up a little. Granted not like a Hoosier but they are still a softer compound tire hence the 10k max on the treads. The Z is capable of much faster times just need some work on the driving/launches.

your dad has horrible launches :) and no burnouts ?

@mikedapimp1122 You don't warm up street tires, only slicks, heating up a street tire actualy makes it perform worse on a track, the best tire for a drag strip is a slick, and those tires must be warmed up for optimal performance
