I think everyone is missing the point here. The point is the cages that they are forced to live in and it is as if they have no quality of life. That is why California passed Prop. 2 for making larger cages for farm animals to live a humane life, not so they would stop being food for us. The way they are living in that video is sad. They should be able to walk around and stretch and do a little pecking before "the end"....peace and love to all of you!
Boo Frickety hoo, thats the fate of all chickens, cows, ect. it the way of life, get over it. if you didnt like the episode, go compain to the network, but then again, Networks, generally dont give a shit what PETA has to say, then again NOBODY gives a shit what PETA says.
you are very uninformed and i am here to educate you, organic chickens also stop laying around 72 weeks. and therefore have the same fate and destination with an all expenses paid trip to the slaughter house
the fuck? how is this offensive. are you thinking it's untrue? would you rather they be wasted and just killed instead of slaughtered and turned into food? wake up and realize all life is based on killing something else to survive. you dont like you could stop eating everything and waste away. there is no objective difference between eating meat and eating a salad. in both cases you ARE killing a life. the differences are subjective. either way you're killing something so live with it.
