I don't have Special Edition. I have the original (Dante's Awakening) version. Is it at all possible to unlock the outfit your wearing in the original version?

Beating the game on normal should unlock it. I double checked a few minutes ago on the original version, it's definitely in there.

Thumbs up if you started this fight the first time thinking "Get ready Vergil, now I can use my Devil Trigger to kick your ass!", then he turned into demon too and you shat bricks.
