Chrono Cross was a neat game, but overall its soundtrack stood out. It's better than most soundtracks.

I was tortured as a kid. When I was about five, I had to watch my dad play this awesome game and I wasn't allowed to because of my stupid over-protective mom who said it was too violent, but yet she let me watch my dad play. I wanted to play this so bad, I thought it was an awesome game. And I didn't even know how to read yet

The last game that even affected me rpg wise was Lost Odyssey.. FF13 was a huge letdown. I miss the times when rpgs would take you outside of your reality when you needed to get away for a few hours.

The age when games transported you to another world. Games like Chrono Cross made you feel you were more than playing a game, you were embarking on a never ending journey of beautiful music, amazing characters, and a passionately written story.

My favorite song off the game. This song actually introduced me to modern minimalism. It sounds like a Steve Reich piece.
