alternatively, look for a video of stage 1. might be hard to hear over the music, but the first voice sample has the correct pronunciation for "Einhänder".

lol i'm pretty sure i went into this fight with either double grenades or flash cannon and trashed him in about 15 seconds... didn't get to deal with any of the crazy attacks.

This boss has the most hilarious dialogue in the whole game.
I mean, it kinda sounds like he'd say "Hey look, i'm in the air!"
And then:
"Wow, I just landed on the ground. Feels good, bro"
